Carlo Medas has worked in the technology industry since 2002. Carlo began their career as a C++ and Java Software Developer at Yash S.r.l. in 2002. In 2003, they worked as an Application Engineer at Lavalys Consulting Group, Inc., where they developed a client/server SSL secured file transfer software. In 2004, they joined Anritsu as a Big Data Architect and Mediations Group Leader, where they were a member of the Big Data Analytics and Data Science team and a Group Leader and Technical Lead on mediation server applications. In 2009, they co-founded Fing, where they served as Chief Technology Officer and Big Data Architect of Fing Big Data platform. In 2020, they joined Lansweeper as VP Data Platform and Head of Big Data and Machine Learning.
Carlo Medas obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Università degli Studi di Cagliari between 1999 and 2002. Carlo then pursued professional education and courses from 2005 to 2014.
