David Pancake has worked in the IT industry since 2000. David began their career at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas | Las Vegas Sands Corp. as a Network Operations Center Engineer, where they were a main contributor and project leader in the development of the NOC's Event Management process. David was also a Deskside Support Technician, Technical Support Specialist, and Room Service Server. In 2021, they began working as a Technical Support Engineer (SME) at Lansweeper, where they manage multiple support cases at one time and provides technical guidance to customers or Business Partners. David is proficient in SolarWinds, Microsoft SCOM, Splunk, DotCom Monitoring, F5, Microsoft Office, ServiceNow, iOS, Playersoft mobile devices, IBM iSeries, Bomgar, RDP, and Aruba Airwave.
