Laure Roeland

Laure Roeland has been working in the HR field since 2015. In 2015, they worked as a Stagiaire at ORPSY - Executive Search & Selection, Assessment and Career Guidance, where they were responsible for researching online jobsites, inputting and updating candidates, telephonically contacting candidates, optimizing and automating the competency dictionary, and preparing preselection reports. In 2016, they worked as a Stagiaire at Generation Shop. In 2017, they worked as a Student Recruiter at Forum Jobs and as an HR-consultant (temporary) at ADMB. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Orbid, first as an HR Officer, where they were responsible for recruitment and selection of various profiles (IT, HR, Lean, Quality, Sales, etc.), and then as a Junior HR Consultant. Currently, they are an HR Business Partner at Lansweeper.

Laure Roeland's education history consists of three educational experiences. In 2021, they attended Acerta for Sociale wetgeving in de praktijk. From 2012 to 2017, they earned a Master's Degree in Industrial/Organisational Psychology from Ghent University. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2012, they attended OLVC Bevegem, where they earned an ASO in Latin - modern languages. Additionally, Laure holds five certifications: Insights Discovery Client Practitioner from Insights Benelux (2022), PAPI competentiegebaseerd interviewen from Cubiks (2019), Google AdWords certification - search advertising from Google, Master Bedrijfspsychologie & Personeelsbeleid from Ghent University, and Praktisch Frans 3 from Ghent University Language Centre (Universitair Centrum voor Talenonderwijs).
