Marc Janssens

Head of Partnerships Western Europe & Africa at Lansweeper

Marc Janssens has over 30 years of work experience in various roles. Marc began their career in 1988 as a Software Engineer at Federale Pensioendienst (FPD) - Service fédéral des Pensions (SFP). In 1990, they moved to Fortis Bank as an Informatica specialist. In 1998, they joined Microsoft as a Software Asset Management Engagement Manager, Service Delivery Manager, and Technical Account Manager. Most recently, they have been working at Lansweeper since 2020 as Head of Partnerships Western Europe & Africa and Head of Partnerships - Europe.

Marc Janssens began their educational journey in 1973, attending Vrije Basisschool Hofstade until 1978. Marc then attended Sint-Maarten Instituut AALST from 1979 to 1984, where they obtained a degree in Bedrijfsinformatica. From 1986 to 1988 they attended HOGENT, where they obtained a Graduaat informatica degree. Finally, from 1990 to 1995 they attended EHSAL Management School, where they obtained a licentiaat handelswetenschappen degree, which is equivalent to a Master of Business Administration, ICT. Additionally, Marc has obtained several certifications from Microsoft, including a Microsoft 365 Business Achievement, a Microsoft Azure Business Achievement, a Microsoft D365 Business Achievement, and a Software Asset Management (SAM) - Core - certification.
