Craig Lane has been working in the telecommunications and customer service industry since 2003. Craig began their career at HBS Systems as a Corporate Trainer & Support, where they were responsible for training customer staff on Dealership Management Software and resolving accounting, wholesale, parts and service issues. In 2006, Craig moved to SpectraCorp Technologies Group as a Telecom Services Manager and was charged with managing customer relationships through project lifecycles and consulting with clients in creating custom solutions. In 2014, they were appointed as the Director of Client Services at Intellys, where they established and directed a back-office client support team and authored client service policy and procedures. In 2016, Craig became the Manager Customer Service at Soil Building Systems, where they consulted with customers in creating custom solutions to meet needs and requirements and directed staff on all sales, account management, and support functions for customers within DFW. In 2017, Craig took on the role of Director of Sales at K2 Solutions. Most recently, they have been working as the Carrier Services Manager at Lantana Communications since 2018.
Craig Lane attended McKinney High School and then went on to DeVry University, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Accounting and Finance in 2006.
