Paul Such has over three decades of experience in the engineering and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as Technical Director at Lantek since September 2000. Paul has played a crucial role in establishing Lantek's presence in the competitive UK market for Computer Aided Manufacturing solutions in the sheet metal industry. Prior to joining Lantek, Paul worked at Camtek Ltd as a Product Manager, where a transition from applications engineering to product management allowed for the development of new products to enhance the company's market position. Paul holds an HNC in Mechanical & Production Engineering from Technical College, completed in 1983.
