John Gauthier

John Gauthier has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. John is currently employed as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Lanter Delivery Systems since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Express Scripts for over a decade. In their role as a Senior Manager, they managed a team of project managers responsible for retail network implementations for various clients. John successfully led the implementation of network changes for Legacy Medco clients and oversaw the re-implementation of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan's retail pharmacy network. John also facilitated weekly project meetings and coordinated project priorities with cross-functional leadership. Earlier in their career at Express Scripts, John worked as a Project Manager, where they developed and implemented a retail pharmacy coupon program and increased the volume of retail vaccinations. John's work experience also includes an internship in the Supply Chain Department at Express Scripts, where they gained valuable knowledge in supply chain management. During the internship, they assisted field auditors in a strategic mass audit, resulting in the redemption of $3 million worth of discrepant claims.

John Gauthier received their Bachelor's of Science degree in Entrepreneurship with a minor in Economics from Missouri State University in 2011. John later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Washington University in St. Louis, which they completed in 2017.
