Steve Lodewyck

Stephen Lodewyck serves as the Executive Vice President, Central Services & Chief Legal Officer at Lanter Delivery Systems since December 2017, overseeing the Legal, Procurement, Real Estate, and Information Technology functions while championing change management initiatives. Previously, Stephen held the position of Vice President Real Estate & General Counsel, where responsibilities included establishing in-house functions during periods of rapid organizational growth and significant events. Prior to Lanter, Stephen spent a decade at Save-A-Lot, advancing from Associate Real Estate Development Counsel to Vice President Real Estate and Market Development, leading comprehensive real estate strategies for the grocery chain. Stephen's career began at Dill, Bamvakais, Newsham & Miller, P.C., focusing on estate planning, business law, and real estate matters. Stephen holds a Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Saint Louis University.
