Trista Sydloski-Tesch

Trista Sydloski-Tesch has a diverse work experience in graphic design, with a focus on trend forecasting and concept development. Trista started their career as a Junior Graphic Designer at Rosanna, Inc., where they worked on product development and had responsibilities such as illustration, packaging design, and managing factory samples. Trista then joined Seattle Symphony as a Junior Graphic Designer, where they developed graphics for concert and marketing campaigns.

Trista then joined Starbucks as a Designer, where they delivered large, commercial, global merchandise collections through the creation of original artwork, prints, and product concepts. Trista also provided technical specifications and worked closely with suppliers for product innovation and development. Trista quickly progressed and became a Senior Designer at Starbucks, establishing the creative vision and direction for seasonal and capsule merchandise collections. Trista also presented to executive leadership at various stages of the project. Later on, Trista became a Sr. Designer, Trend and Concept at Starbucks, where they forecasted future trends and collaborated with the team to develop creative strategy decks. These decks included research insights, creative concept direction, visual moodboards, and seasonal color palettes.

In 2009, Trista started their own freelance business called Trista ST Design. Through this venture, they worked with notable clients and companies such as Starbucks (Asia Pacific), Brooks Running, Minted.com, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), and more. Trista's freelance work included various graphic design projects, and they also worked on their passion project and subbrand, La Bandita Design Co.

Trista's most recent role is as a Graphic Designer at Lantern Press, where they currently work. Additional details about their current role are not provided.

Trista Sydloski-Tesch completed their education at The Art Institutes from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Graphic Design.
