Eric Halverson

Eric Halverson has extensive experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on sales and acquisitions. Eric began their career in 2005 at Land Resource, where they worked in sales for three years. In 2008, they moved to Solutions Realty Network as the Director of Acquisitions, a position they held until 2009. From 2009 to 2020, Eric served as the Director of Sales at Citiside Properties. In 2019, they also took on the role of Principal at Triangle Renovations, where they provided renovation services for investors. Currently, Eric is the Chief Financial Officer and Co-Owner of Lantern Real Estate Group, a position they have held since June 2020.

Eric Halverson earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, completing their studies from 1999 to 2003.
