Brian Bernard currently serves as the Director of Strategy at Lantern since April 2024. Previously, Brian held positions at Berkshire Partners as a Senior Associate and Associate from August 2020 to August 2023, and at McKinsey & Company from August 2017 to July 2020, where roles included Engagement Manager, Senior Business Analyst, and Business Analyst. Earlier experience includes positions at BlackRock as an Analyst in Financial Markets Advisory and as a Summer Analyst, as well as a Research Associate at The White House Council of Economic Advisers focusing on Trade Policy. Additional experience includes serving as a Corporate/Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Citi and a Legislative Intern for the U.S. House of Representatives. Brian earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University and has studied at The London School of Economics and Political Science and Universidad de Granada.
