Courtney Vitez is a seasoned marketing and business development professional with extensive experience in growth strategies and revenue management. Currently serving as the Director of Growth Marketing at Lantern since January 2025, Vitez previously held multiple roles at Spring Health from July 2021 to January 2025, including Senior Manager of Revenue Pipeline Strategy, where leadership of the Enterprise BDR organization contributed to generating over $400 million in qualified pipeline. Vitez was instrumental in scaling Spring Health's BDR team and promoting employee mental health solutions. Prior experience includes investment banking roles at Goldman Sachs from May 2016 to November 2020 and a strategy consulting position at StageXchange. Vitez holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Arizona.
