Jerry Fiala

Jerry Fiala is an experienced professional in the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development at Employer Direct Healthcare since November 2020. In this role, Fiala focuses on innovative solutions for self-funded employers, particularly through the SurgeryPlus™ benefit. Prior to this position, Fiala was involved in various leadership roles at Cleveland Clinic Health System from 1998 to the present, encompassing positions such as Director of Sales and Marketing and Director of Market and Network Services.
