Spencer Bard

Spencer Bard is a results-driven Martech Engineer with a focus on marketing automation and lifecycle engagement. Currently serving as a Marketing Automation Specialist at Lantern since December 2024, Spencer previously held roles as a Lifecycle Engagement Specialist at InStride and as a Growth Engineer at Facet, where significant improvements were made to user journey structures, increasing efficiency fivefold. Prior experience includes a progression from Sales Intern to Director of Client Experience at Keystone Click, along with roles at J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc., and Pacon Corporation. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Illinois Wesleyan University, earned in 2020.
