Thomas Gilbert is currently the Head of New Product Planning and Lifecycle Management at Lantheus, a position held since May 2023. Previously, Thomas served as Executive Director of New Product Planning at Seres Therapeutics and held the role of Head of Global Marketing at Ovid Therapeutics, where responsibilities included the development of go-to-market strategies for advanced-stage assets. Thomas also worked as Sr. Director of Neuroscience Marketing at Ipsen and as Brand Lead for LINZESS at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals, contributing to significant year-over-year volume growth. Earlier experience at Biogen encompassed leadership roles in global commercial strategy for inflammatory bowel disease and pain management franchises. Thomas holds a Bachelor's of Science in Economics/Finance and an MBA in Marketing from Bentley University, as well as an M.S. in Economics from the University of Kentucky.
