Tom Starr

Tom Starr is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Currently serving as the Regional Sales Director for Prostate Cancer in the West at Lantheus since May 2023, Tom has held various senior leadership roles at Acadia Pharmaceuticals Inc. since March 2018, including Senior Regional Sales Manager and Area Sales Director. Prior to that, Tom spent a decade at Novo Nordisk A/S, where notable achievements included selection for the Leadership Excellence Program and consistent recognition as a top performer, earning multiple awards such as the Circle of Excellence and Vision Award for Leadership. Tom’s early career involved managing sales teams at Boehringer Ingelheim and engaging in inside sales at BioSource International. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Utah and an Associate’s degree from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
