Ole Sommerstad

Ole Sommerstad possesses extensive experience in the milling industry, primarily with Lantmannen Cerealia AS since 1986, where roles have ranged from Mill Manager to Technical Milling Specialist, focusing on technology and process development across multiple mills in Scandinavia and Ukraine. Key achievements include the successful industrial process development for flour and oat mills in Norway, Sweden, and Finland, as well as significant contributions to optimizing production processes and implementing innovative technologies. A graduate of the Swiss Milling School, Ole Sommerstad has also held various leadership positions, including Corporate Production Director and Division Director, with a strong track record in increasing production capacity and expanding market presence. Additional experience includes board membership at JSC Lantmannen AXA, complemented by foundational training in flour milling and national service in the Royal Norwegian Air Force.
