Carsten Thomsen

Carsten Thomsen is the current head of Lantmännen Unibake at Lantmännen Unibake A/S. Carsten has previously served as the COO Northern & Western Europe Business Area at Lantmännen Unibake from March 2021 to October 2022. Prior to that, they were the CEO of Toms Gruppen A/S from August 2014 to July 2020.

Thomsen has also served as the CEO of Lantmännen Cerealia Group from April 2012 to July 2014, and as the CEO of Lantmännen Schulstad A/S from August 2009 to April 2012. Carsten was also the Commerciel Director Carlsberg Denmark at Carlsberg Breweries from January 2008 to August 2009.

Thomsen's other previous positions include Buyer at NAF International from January 1991 to January 1994, Sales Director at Carlsberg Danmark from January 2008 to August 2008, General Manager at Kraft Foods Denmark from December 2001 to December 2007, and Category Group Manager Dry Goods at Coop Danmark from January 2000 to January 2001.

Carsten Thomsen has a HD (U) in Economics from Copenhagen Business School.
