David Thompson

David Thompson is an accomplished procurement and project management professional with extensive experience in the horticulture and consulting sectors. Currently serving as the UK Lead Buyer at Lantmännen Unibake since February 2023, David previously held multiple project management roles at Iter Consulting and Iter Digital from August 2021 to February 2023. Prior to that, David worked at Flamingo Horticulture for eight years, where responsibilities included Sales and Operations Planning Project Lead, Buying Manager, Buyer, and Assistant Buyer, managing significant procurement budgets and product programs. David holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Bedfordshire, obtained between 2007 and 2010.
