Erik Mansner

Erik Mansner serves as the Global Sustainability Manager at Lantmännen Unibake since January 2019, leading the climate sustainability strategy and contributing to the global sustainability leadership team. Previously, Erik worked as the Global Category Lead Buyer, overseeing plastic packaging sourcing for bakeries across 16 countries, and as a Lead Buyer at Vaasan Oy, focusing on sourcing packaging materials and energy while managing commercial responsibilities for various Lantmännen Group companies. Erik also held roles at Borealis, including Category Manager and Senior Scientist, and served as a board member for Chevys Voiman Ostajat Oy. Erik holds a Master of Science degree in Physical Chemistry from Åbo Akademi University.
