Katri Koro

Katri Koro has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Katri most recently served as the HR Director for Lantmännen Unibake Fresh Finland & Baltics since September 2016. Prior to that, they were the HR Director at Vaasan Oy, part of the Lantmännen Group, from September 2016 to October 2021. Katri has also held HR leadership positions at Stockmann as HR Director and Head of HR Competence Center from 2014 to 2016. Katri worked at Kemira as Director of Business HR, Director of HR Processes, and HR Manager from 2007 to 2014. Before that, they were an HR Manager at Atria Plc from 2002 to 2007. Katri's early career includes being an HRD Specialist at Sanmina-SCI in 2001 and occupying various positions at Metso Paper from 1989 to 2000.

Katri Koro has a degree in M.Sc. (Econ) in Entrepreneurship and Management from the University of Jyväskylä, School of Economics. Prior to this, they obtained a B.Sc. (Econ) in Entrepreneurship and Management from the University of Jyväskylä. Katri also completed Aineopinnot in Adult Education from Jyväskylä Open University. In addition, Katri studied Business Administration and earned a HSO-Secretary degree from Helia between 1986 and 1989.
