Pedro Viegas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical and maintenance management, currently serving as Global Technical & Maintenance Manager at Lantmännen Unibake since October 2019. Pedro has a strong background in project management, maintenance system development, and supplier management, having previously held key positions at THYSSENKRUPP INDUSTRIAL SOLUTIONS AG as Maintenance and Contract/Project Manager Engineer, and at Grupo AMAL as Project Manager/Maintenance Coordinator. With a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering focused on Maintenance Management from the Instituto Politécnico de Setúbal, along with a Master’s in Electrotechnic Engineering, Pedro possesses a solid educational foundation to complement substantial hands-on expertise in the industrial maintenance sector across multiple industries including cement, chemical, oil & gas, and mining.
