Allen Russo

Allen Russo is an experienced operations leader with a comprehensive background in the food manufacturing industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Lantmännen Unibake USA since September 2016, Allen has previously held similar roles at Damascus Bakery and various leadership positions at Sterling Foods, Aryzta, and Pennant Foods. With a focus on production management, quality systems, process improvement, and employee safety, Allen has overseen substantial operations encompassing multiple facilities and large workforce management across several states and Canada. Additionally, Allen has military experience with the United States Marine Corps Reserve and the US Army National Guard, complemented by education from Minnesota School of Business, Southern Connecticut State University, and the University of New Haven.
