Anneli Hene

AnneLi Hene is an experienced HR leader currently serving as the Nordic HR Director at Lantmännen Cerealia since October 2015, overseeing a business with a revenue of 4.2 BSEK across six countries and managing a team of 15 HR and Communication professionals. Previously, AnneLi held key HR roles at Mondelēz International and Kraft Foods in Norway, where responsibilities included leading HR organizations, driving strategic business transformations, and managing complex organizational changes. AnneLi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and Systems from Umeå University, earned between 1988 and 1991.
