Janica Cronedal

Janica Cronedal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance and internal audit functions, currently serving as the Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Internal Audit for Lantmännen Group since September 2008. In this role, Janica leads Group Compliance and Group Internal Audit, reporting to the Board of Directors. Janica previously held positions including Director of Group Compliance & DPO, where responsibilities included overseeing a comprehensive Business Ethics Compliance Program, and establishing the Group Compliance function at Lantmännen. Prior to Lantmännen, Janica worked at PwC in various managerial roles within Risk Management and Assurance, conducting audits and consultancy focused on internal controls and compliance. Janica's career commenced at SEB, providing support in multiple departments while pursuing a Master’s degree in Business from Stockholm University and SKEMA Business School.
