Stephen Sulli is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in affordable housing, tax credit, and multi-family construction and development. Currently serving as the Director of Development for North Texas at Lantower Residential since June 2021, Stephen's previous roles include Senior Construction Project Manager at Elmington and Vice President of Construction at Rise Residential Construction. Stephen has a strong background in production management, profit and loss oversight, risk mitigation, and vendor relations, complemented by expertise in budgeting and estimating processes. Additionally, Stephen owned and operated S & D Custom Construction, and held key positions at K. Hovnanian Homes, significantly enhancing operational efficiencies and cost savings throughout the career. Academic credentials include studies at Southeastern Louisiana University and the University of New Orleans.
