Egle Juzenaite currently serves as the Head of Product (Qualifications, Training, and Assessment) at Lantra, leading a team of 12 professionals and managing product development aligned with customer needs. Additionally, Egle is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Cambridgeshire Deaf Association. Previously, Egle held product development roles at Pearson and was an Assessment Manager at Oxford University Press. Early career experiences include positions at CITB, Cambridge Assessment International Education, Austin Macauley Publishers, and Isle of Ely Primary School. Egle holds an MA in Publishing Studies from Oxford Brookes University and a BA (Hons) in History from The Open University.
