Chris Weaver has a strong background in construction and project management. Chris began their career in 1999 as a Principal Consultant at PA Consulting Group, where they worked until 2004. Chris then moved to MacRo, LTD. as a Special Project Coordinator from 2005 to 2008. Chris joined Lantz Construction Company in 2008, initially serving as the Chief Administrative Officer before transitioning to Executive Vice President and Director of Preconstruction Services from 2012 to 2015. In 2015, they were promoted to President & CEO of Lantz Construction Company, where they are responsible for strategic planning, management, and business development across multiple divisions. Chris is known for their problem-solving skills and community outreach efforts on behalf of the company.
Chris Weaver has a Juris Doctor degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from James Madison University.

We build, design, and maintain all types of commercial and industrial projects, large and small, from retail to healthcare, education to manufacturing, churches to offices; and, from fit-outs to renovations and additions to new buildings. Lantz currently employs more than 100 Team Lantz’rs, who are also owners of the business, as Lantz proudly became a 100% employee stock ownership (ESOP) company in 2019. Each and every Team Lantz’r, from office to field, plays a role in building the communities that make the Shenandoah Valley the best place to live and work!
