Lantz’s expertise focuses on general contracting, construction management, facilities & industrial maintenance, and design-build services in Virginia and West Virginia. One area we differentiate ourselves through is our self-performed capabilities, which include but are not limited to: demolition, concrete, masonry, steel, carpentry, doors, hardware, and specialty items. Much has changed in the 60 years since Lantz was founded, but one thing remains constant: our commitment to provide exceptional quality construction at a fair and equitable price. We build, design, and maintain all types of commercial and industrial projects, large and small, from retail to healthcare, education to manufacturing, churches to offices; and, from fit-outs to renovations and additions to new buildings. Lantz currently employs more than 100 Team Lantz’rs, who are also owners of the business, as Lantz proudly became a 100% employee stock ownership (ESOP) company in 2019. Each and every Team Lantz’r, from office to field, plays a role in building the communities that make the Shenandoah Valley the best place to live and work!
