Shirish Gadre

Shirish Gadre has over 20 years of experience in the software development industry. Shirish is currently working as a Senior Software Architect at Lanvera since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Populus Financial Group as a Senior Software Architect from 2018 to 2022.

Before joining Populus, Shirish worked at Nerium International from 2015 to 2018. During their time at Nerium, they served as a Systems Architect and was responsible for architecting multiple solutions focused on payment integrations and ecommerce. Shirish also played a key role in defining the core software framework for the company across all domains.

From 2013 to 2015, Shirish worked as an IT Contractor at integrITalent. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Developer ASP and .NET at SolutionSet for a brief period in 2013.

In 2012, Shirish served as an R&D Team Lead for DG, where they led the team in architecting and implementing the company's next generation video platform.

From 2011 to 2012, Shirish worked as a Senior Software Engineer at ACE Cash Express, where they architected a multi-state and multi-vendor auto insurance solution.

Before joining ACE, Shirish worked at Fiserv from 2007 to 2011 as a Team Lead and Senior Software Developer. Shirish was responsible for building SOA solutions for the payment card industry.

In 2005, Shirish worked as a Senior Technical Specialist at Quorum Business Solutions. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer at Global Energy Decisions from 2001 to 2005, where they created software solutions for the power industry.

Throughout their career, Shirish has demonstrated expertise in various technologies such as C#, .NET, SQL Server, WCF, and web services. Shirish has a strong background in architecting solutions and leading development teams.

Shirish Gadre obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Management from Johnson & Wales University, where they studied from 1987 to 1988. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Travel Administration from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst from 1989 to 1991.
