Alan Peterson

Alan Peterson is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Plant Engineer at LANXESS since June 2019, Alan has previously held positions such as Plant Engineer, Maintenance Engineer at KMCO, and Mechanical Integrity Engineer at Odfjell SE, where responsibilities included managing the Mechanical Integrity Program for Tanks, Piping, and Vessels. Earlier in the career, Alan worked as a Maintenance Engineer at Centauri Technologies LP and as a Mechanical Engineer at Richard Design Services, Inc. Alan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lamar University, earned between 2004 and 2011, and had previously studied at The University of Texas at Dallas from 2000 to 2002.
