Christian Sturm

Christian Sturm currently serves as the Head of Corporate Development at LANXESS since October 2023. Prior experience includes a tenure at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from August 2012 to September 2023, holding the positions of Partner and Principal. Academic contributions include a role as a Research Assistant at TU Dortmund University from January 2015 to December 2016, and earlier involvement as a Student Consultant and President at Heinrich Heine Consulting e.V., focusing on start-up consulting, marketing, and SMEs from 2007 to 2011. Christian Sturm holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business, Management, Marketing, and related services from TU Dortmund University (2015-2016), a Diplom in Wirtschaftschemie from the University of Düsseldorf (2006-2011), and completed a semester abroad at Bond University in Biochemistry and Finance/Accounting (2009-2010).
