Eva Budde

Eva Budde is an experienced regulatory affairs manager with a strong background in biocides and plant protection products. Currently serving as Manager Regulatory Affairs at LANXESS since October 2025, Eva previously held the same title at SBM Life Science from October 2016 to September 2025, where responsibilities included regulatory management at the EU level and people management since November 2019. Prior roles include Manager Regulatory Affairs for the D-A-CH region at Bayer Crop Science and European Regulatory Manager at knoell, focusing on regulatory strategy and dossier preparation. Eva's career began as a Biologist at Planreal MBL, where expertise in environmental science was developed. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Environmental Science from the University of Aberdeen and a Diploma in Biology from Friedrich Schiller University Jena, along with an MSc in Environmental Microbiology from the University of Aberdeen.
