Firuza Mir has a diverse and extensive work experience. Firuza started their career at Bayer India Limited in 1998 as a General Manager, overseeing corporate controlling and managing various aspects of financial analysis and strategic consulting. Firuza also played a significant role in integrating newly acquired businesses into the Bayer culture and reorganizing resources. In 2002, they joined Bayer Inc as Vice President and General Manager, responsible for managing 10 business units, including manufacturing, sales, and marketing. Firuza was accountable for the profit and loss of these units and managed a diverse workforce. In 2003, Firuza Mir transitioned to LANXESS as Vice President and General Manager, where they continued their leadership role and later became President & CEO. In their current position, they serve as the Regional Head of Americas LPT and Vice President.

Firuza Mir completed a Bachelor of Finance and Accounting degree in Accounting and Finance at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). Following that, they pursued an Executive MBA in Marketing and Finance at the Indian Merchant Chambers Of Commerce, completing the program from 1979 to 1982.
