Giulia Bellet

Giulia Bellet is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Regional HR BP and HR Head for Italy at LANXESS since January 2022, Giulia oversees HR functions for a chemical company with 220 employees and multiple legal entities. Prior to this, Giulia was the Head of HR at Human Technopole, where responsibilities included reporting to the Head of Operations and the Scientific Director as part of the Leadership Team. Experience also includes serving as HR Head for Italy and South Europe at Syngenta, managing HR teams across several regions, and holding positions at FAMAR ITALIA, CALYON, BAYER, and tmp, where Giulia gained expertise in recruitment, training, labor relations, and HR management activities. Giulia holds a degree in Economics and Languages from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
