Hilary Gill

Hilary Gill, MBA, currently serves as the Raw Material Procurement Manager at LANXESS, a position held since April 2023, where responsibilities include developing procurement strategies, analyzing market trends, and managing supplier relations. Prior to this role, Hilary spent nearly a decade at PPG, advancing through various positions, including Regional Sourcing Manager and Procurement Operations Manager. In these roles, achievements included managing a team to address raw material issues across multiple plants, implementing sourcing strategies, and collaborating on data management and quality engineering initiatives. Hilary holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Business Administration from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
