LaBarron McMillian, MBA, CQA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing operations management. Currently serving as Plant Manager at LANXESS since September 2016, LaBarron oversees a facility in Greensboro, North Carolina, managing a team of 105 employees across various roles while collaborating with multiple departments to ensure successful product commercialization.
