Mara Spiekermann

Mara Spiekermann is a seasoned professional in supply chain management, currently serving as the Global Supply Chain Management Lead for Consumer Solutions at LANXESS since October 2019. Mara has advanced through various roles at LANXESS, including Head of Supply Planning for the EMEA BU MPP and participation in a trainee program. Prior experience includes positions as a student assistant at Universität zu Köln's Chair of Supply Chain Management and an operations intern at Anheuser-Busch InBev. Mara also held roles at Chocoladefabriken Lindt & Sprüngli GmbH, starting as an industrial clerk and subsequently working as a production planner. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Supply Chain Management from the University of Cologne, and a Bachelor of Science in Betriebswirtschaft PLuS from Aachen University of Applied Sciences.
