Martin Tuinier has extensive experience in plant management and process engineering, currently serving as the Head of the NHF Plant at LANXESS since February 2019. Prior roles include Deputy Plant Manager at Evonik Performance Materials GmbH and Process Engineer positions at Evonik Degussa Specialty Chemicals in Shanghai and Evonik Industries AG. Martin's academic background includes a PhD focused on cryogenic CO2 capture from both Eindhoven University of Technology and University of Twente, where early research involved the kinetics of oxidative coupling of methane. Education was further enhanced with a program on Developing Emerging Leaders at INSEAD in 2022.
