Matthew Hawn

Matthew Hawn is an experienced product manager currently at LANXESS since December 2021, having previously served as Associate Product Manager. Prior to LANXESS, Matthew worked at Armacell from May 2006 to December 2021 in roles such as Market Development Manager - South and North American Commodity Manager, where responsibilities included managing sourcing of $30 million in raw materials and developing budgeting strategies for energy purchases. Matthew began a career as an Elastomeric Process Engineer and Thermoplastic Process Engineer at Armacell, focusing on product development and cost reduction initiatives. Earlier experience includes internships as a Materials Lab Technician at IBM and CommScope. Matthew holds an MBA and two degrees in Materials Science and Engineering from North Carolina State University.
