Richard Toscano

Richard Toscano currently serves as the Head of Global Projects and Engineering at LANXESS, a position held since November 2021. Prior to LANXESS, Richard was a Senior Program Manager at Stepan Company from August 2020 to November 2021 and held various leadership roles at Honeywell from January 1993 to April 2019, including Project Development and Growth Center of Excellence Leader, Business Engineering Director, Engineering Program Director, Global Energy Leader for Specialty Materials, and Business Engineering Leader. Richard began his career as an Engineering Manager at AlliedSignal from August 1998 to May 2004. Richard holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, obtained between 1992 and 1994.
