Roger King

Roger King is an experienced technology manager currently serving at LANXESS Corporation since March 2019, with a previous role held at LANXESS since May 2004. Roger has overall responsibility for technological improvements at the complex and has also overseen manufacturing operations for the Maleic Anhydride plant. Prior to this, Roger managed engineering and maintenance functions at the Maleic Anhydride plant and a transloading facility. Roger's career includes significant positions at Bayer MaterialScience and Bayer, where responsibilities ranged from managing special projects to leading multi-national teams and ensuring safe operations. Additionally, Roger worked at PPG Industries as an area foreman in production. Roger holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University, completed between 1978 and 1982.
