Yue Wu

Yue Wu is an accomplished project manager and formulation scientist with extensive experience in industrial and aviation lubricant development. Currently at LANXESS since November 2016, Yue Wu has led multiple high-impact projects focused on product development, market exploration, and application development, resulting in significant business growth and cost savings. Prior experience includes roles at Solvay as Technical Lead and Senior Scientist, where Yue Wu managed an $80M innovation pipeline and supported global formulation R&D projects. With a strong academic background, Yue Wu holds a Ph.D. and an M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Commonwealth University, where contributions included postdoctoral research and teaching assistance in engineering courses.
