Susan Grazier

Susan joined Lanyon Bowdler in 2018 as a solicitor in the commercial and agricultural team, based in the Ludlow and Bromyard offices, she was promoted to associate solicitor in September 2020. Susan provides advice on a wide range of agricultural and commercial property matters, including; freehold sales and purchases, commercial leases on behalf of landlords or tenants, licences, property option agreements, easements and renewable energy installations. She has experience of dealing with a range of agricultural and commercial properties, from pony paddocks to farm land, offices to GP surgeries. Susan is a member of the CLA and the Agricultural Law Association.
