Sneha Shah Khawaja

Sneha Shah Khawaja is an accomplished marketing professional currently serving as Vice President and Head of Marketing at L'ANZA Healing Haircare / DAVEXLABS LLC since September 2023. With previous experience as Assistant Vice President of Global Marketing at L'Oréal from January 2021 to July 2023, Sneha has held key positions at Revlon Inc., including Global Marketing Director and Senior Global Brand Manager. Prior to that, Sneha worked at Unilever as Brand Manager for Vaseline and Toni&Guy, as well as held roles at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as a Process Development Engineer and Operations Manager. Sneha began their career as a Research Scholar at Drexel University College of Medicine. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Chemistry from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from IE Business School.
