Glennon Bythrow

Glennon Bythrow, PhD, is a Senior Manager of Fermentation Advancement at LanzaTech, where they lead projects focused on fermentation science. With a strong academic background culminating in a PhD in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from The Graduate Center, City University of New York, Glennon has extensive experience in microbiology, molecular biology, and biochemistry. Previously, they served as a Graduate Research Assistant, contributing to an NIH-R01 project and producing a first author paper and patent. Passionate about sustainability and nurturing emerging scientists, Glennon emphasizes emotional intelligence in their leadership approach.
