Vandaly Souvannasouck

Vandaly Souvannasouck has extensive experience in the insurance industry and legal field. They served as the Legal Director and Company Secretary at Lao Brewery Company since 2021. Prior to that, Vandaly worked at Prudential Life Assurance Lao as the Head of Legal, Compliance, Corporate Governance, and Risk from 2016 to 2021. They provided legal advice on various aspects including insurance, investment, enterprise, labor, contract, civil, family, and land law. Vandaly also received the Young ASEAN Insurance Award in 2017 while working at ASEAN Insurance Council. Before joining Prudential, they held the position of Head of Legal and Compliance at Allianz General Laos from 2008 to 2016, with expertise in compliance and anti-corruption.

Vandaly Souvannasouck pursued their education in multiple institutions, specializing in various fields of law. From 2001 to 2005, they attended the National University of Laos, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the Faculty of Law and Political Science. Following this, they went on to study at the National University of Singapore in 2004 and 2005 as a non-exchange student, focusing on Human Rights and Family Law. Finally, from 2006 to 2008, Vandaly attended the Transnational Law and Business University, earning a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Transnational Law and Business Law.
