Eric Bornemann has held various marketing positions throughout their career. Eric started as an Assistant General Manager at MCC Theater in 2002 and later became a Faculty Assistant at Columbia Law School. Eric then worked at The Araca Group as a Senior Marketing Executive managing in-theater and online marketing for productions like Wicked and Rock of Ages. At Situation Interactive, they held roles like Senior Account Executive and Group Account Supervisor, managing digital strategies for clients such as Disney Theatrical Group and Metropolitan Opera. Most recently, they served as the Director of Marketing and later the Senior Director of Marketing at LA Opera, where they oversaw all marketing strategies and managed a departmental budget of $3.1M.
Eric Bornemann completed their BA in Playwriting and Historical Criticism concentration at Sarah Lawrence College from 1998 to 2002. Eric then pursued their MFA in Performing Arts Management - Marketing at Brooklyn College from 2006 to 2008.
