Louis Gascoin has worked in a variety of roles across different companies since 2010. In that year, they were the Leisure Park Manager at City Aventure, where they were responsible for managing guests relations, park security, and park supplies. In 2012, they joined Servair as the Head of Development, where they developed new activities, improved processes, and created three new airport outlets. In 2015, they moved to Burger King as the General Manager of Côte d'Ivoire and the West Africa Development Manager. In 2020, they returned to Servair as a Project Manager for the Development of Non-Flying activities. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer of Lapaire, coordinating the HR, Supply Chain, Development, Marketing & Operations departments and growing the company across seven countries in East and West Africa.
Louis Gascoin received a Bachelor of Science in Internationnal Hospitality Management from EHL in 2011. In 2020, they enrolled in EDHEC Business School to pursue an Executive MBA in Master of Business Administration, which they are expected to complete in 2022. In addition, they have obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from CUBIK Partners in September 2020 and a Training for Intervention ProcedureS from Health Communications, Inc. in May 2010.
