Ashley Lapido

Ashley Lapido is the CEO and Founder of Lapido + Co, a position held since August 2021, where transformational leadership has driven enhancements in project management and communication for the marketing team. With a track record of streamlining operations and improving client engagement across various roles, Ashley has previously worked with RH as an Associate in Customer Experience, focusing on operational excellence, as well as serving as a Gallery Project Coordinator, managing high-value interior design projects. Experience also includes consulting for Gladden Group and Taylor Adhesives, and success as an Account Executive at Setter, where Ashley managed VIP accounts and generated substantial sales. In earlier roles, significant contributions were made in marketing and customer service across several organizations, including InteractiveID, Touchjet, Meadowood Napa Valley, and Parkridge Health System. Ashley Lapido graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations from Southern Adventist University in 2016.
